Allison (Ally) Koczent is a lifelong Geneva resident who has spent more than seven years helping Finger Lakes families buy and sell homes, with over 100 closed transactions to her name. After a brief step back from active sales, she's returned to the work she loves as a member of Kimberly Boehm's office at Empire Realty Group in Lyons, where she brings both her sales experience and her behind-the-scenes expertise in transaction coordination and listing management.
