Staci Roberge is the Director of Operations for the KB Hometown Team and the Empire Realty Group Lyons office, working behind the scenes to keep the people, systems, marketing, and day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Organized, creative, and always willing to jump in wherever she is needed, Staci plays an important role in keeping the team connected and moving forward. From managing schedules and coordinating projects to overseeing marketing, social media, client communication, and office systems, she helps turn ideas into action while making sure the details don’t get lost along the way.

Staci brings a unique combination of organization and creativity to the team. With a background in photography and a natural eye for visual storytelling, she also helps bring the KB Hometown Team brand to life through social media and marketing—showcasing not only the homes we represent, but the people, community, and relationships behind our business.

Outside of the office, Staci is a wife and mom of two. Family is incredibly important to her, and that same caring, dependable nature carries into the way she approaches her work and supports the people around her.

As Director of Operations, Staci is often the person connecting all the moving pieces behind the scenes. Her goal is simple: create organization, consistency, and support so our agents can focus on what they do best—serving our clients and our community.
